There are times in life when something no longer fits.
A relationship shifts, a loss changes things, or a quiet sense emerges that something needs attention.
I'm Adam, a psychologist who works with people through these moments. Alongside my private practice, my work in community palliative care has shown me the resilience people can find even in the midst of loss. It continues to shape how I understand these periods, not simply as something to get through, but as opportunities to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters.
I take the time to understand each person's concerns within the context of their relationships, identity, culture, and the life they have lived. My aim is to help people move through these periods with gentleness, grounding, and a clearer sense of who they are becoming.
