Care at the edge of change

Psychology & Psychedelic Integration for times of change, loss, and life transitions.

Meet Adam

There are times in life when something no longer fits. A relationship shifts, a loss changes things, or a quiet sense emerges that something needs attention.

I'm Adam, a psychologist working in private practice and community palliative care. My work has shown me the resilience people can find, even in the midst of grief and uncertainty. It continues to shape how I understand these periods, not simply as something to get through, but as opportunities to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters.

I take the time to understand each person's story within the context of their relationships, values, and life experiences. Together, we make sense of what you're going through and explore what matters most.

Above all, I believe healing happens through relationships. My aim is to offer a space where people feel deeply heard, supported, and able to engage with whatever they are facing.

Ways to Work Together

Talks & Workshops

Thought-provoking presentations and facilitated workshops exploring grief, death awareness, psychedelics, pilgrimage, and the human search for meaning.

Conscious Dying Course

Explore mortality as a lens for living well. Drawing on psychology, philosophy, contemplative traditions, and palliative care, this course invites a deeper relationship with death, meaning, and what matters most.
